Refund/Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. When you receive your package, please inspect your crystal/crystals. In the unlikely event your crystal becomes damage or broken due to shipping, Yoni Desires will exchange your item within 30 days after approval. You may email us at pleasure@yonidesires.com for any questions or concerns.

Note: Please keep in mind that crystals are hand made and no crystal will be alike. There may be some slight surface inclusions and natural markings that the crystal will possess.

Shipping
Due to the intimacy of our products, all orders will come wrapped discretely to maintain our client’s privacy.  Please allow up to 3 business days to receive and process your order. Once your order is shipped, you should receive your package in 2- 3 business days if ordered in the US.

We ship to most places internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customs taxes vary. In the event an additional fee is required for delivery, the purchaser assumes responsibility.
