The Anal Experience

I am going to share some tips on Anal Pleasure for my beginners that don’t know exactly where to start. Anal Sex is still very much considered taboo. But it’s ok. Let go of any negative thoughts or shame that you may have and let’s make this a positive experience.
First and foremost it is important to have a conversation with your partner and explore each other’s thoughts, concerns or fears. For Anal Pleasure to go well, keep in mind that patience is a must. I suggest trying anal play with use of fingers, anal beads, and my favorite a anal plug. Anal plugs can be left in for hours to help relax the anal canal and to help with the feeling of pressure which is natural.
Now it’s the day that you have been thinking about. There are some things that you can do to prepare ahead of time such as eating light meals to avoid being “full”. Also you can use a fleet enema and do an anal prep. This will help eliminate any fear or thoughts of embarrassment of going poo on your partner. Your should be at ease.
Silicon is a great lubricant because it last quite awhile which prevents you from having to consistently reapply. Water based lubricant is great also but you will need to stop often. Place lubricant not only on yourself and your partner or dildo but also squirt about 10-20 ml inside the anal canal. Don’t worry, its safe and your body will absorb it. Use condoms for my non monogamous partners.
Foreplay is very important for the receiver. The more aroused they are the more relaxed and receptive they will be. Using your fingers to initiate penetration is a good start and is enjoyed during vaginal sex and oral sex.
Breathing and relaxation is everything! Breath holding tightens the sphincter and makes sex almost impossible-to have. When you exhale, that’s when you should push against your partner. Stop on the inhale to allow the tissue and muscle fibers to dilate. Patience is needed from the partner as well moments of checking in . Kissing and caressing and talking are all good ways to ease the mind to receive.
Women please remember not to go from anal to vaginal sex. That is a sure way to get a horrible infection.
The anus has a high concentration of nerve endings that can give great pleasure. Anal sex helps to enhance trust, build a deeper connection, and enhance vulnerability therefore increasing intimacy. Have fun and enjoy the moment. Practice makes perfect and if you decide you just don’t like it, at least you tried it!
