What does having a orgasm mean to you? Is it still considered great sex if you do not have one? Do you feel inadequate if you cannot achieve one? If so why?

Society tends to put a lot of “hype” into the Big “O”. There are so many articles for women that puts focus on how to have a orgasm and why they may not be achieving one. But there are not enough articles that talk about how it’s ok to not orgasm. It’s what comes before the orgasm that matter which is the intimacy shared, the foreplay , the build up, anticipation, and the physical /mental feeling of giving and receiving.

Does your mind feel good? Does your body feel good? Do you feel connected? Being in tune with your body and being comfortable in your own skin is important. That’s when you achieve satisfaction. Self love/self pleasure sessions is the best way to learn your body of it’s wants and needs.

It’s important not to rush your sessions as you could miss a spot that may be highly erogenous for you. When you use a yoni wand , the metaphysical properties of the gemstone will help amplify your feminine energy. Self love sessions are great in a warm bath as the goal is to relax . Be good to your body. Orgasms are wonderful to have I don’t deny that. But everything before the orgasm is where it counts. If you do not orgasm , it’s ok. Indulge in pleasure....Great sex is what you make it to be.
