Erotic dancing is a great way to enhance your femininity, build confidence, release endorphins, and add spice to your work out. Erotic dancing releases built up tension and stiffness in your body . All that is required is for you to tune into your body and move it freely and seductively. This is an act of self-love.

A favorite time of mine to erotic dance is while I’m in the shower. I play my music and sway my hips and my arms naturally raise as the music move through my body. This is a perfect time to include body massages as your caress your naked body in the water. I also encourage you to dance naked freely in front of the mirror. Tell yourself that you are beautiful. Embrace your femininity. Play your sexy music and just slow wind. Move your hips slowly to the beat and pull in your stomach muscles. Go low to the ground and bring it back up. Move your arms in whatever way they feel. Allow the music to flow within . Allow yourself to feel like a goddess. You are a goddess.

This can be done while cleaning, in the shower, or you can incorporate it into your yoga routine. I encourage you to make this apart of your regular routine. Even if dancing erotically it feel different for you, keep doing it. It’s gets easier and you will eventually find yourself erotic dancing all the time. Your body will move more freely as your hips open up and before you know it , you will be dancing seductively any time you feel the music. It not only enhances your sexuality but it also enhances your bedroom experiences.
